Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor HVAC systems
Oversee Elevator operations and coordinate maintenance
Handle DG (Diesel Generator) operations and servicing
Manage and troubleshoot Electrical systems
Ensure proper functioning of Fire Alarm systems
Maintain FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
Minor Civil / Centre maintenance works
Maintain overall Facility Cleanliness and hygiene in the park
Monitor and maintain Fire & Safety systems
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Knowledge of facility maintenance systems (HVAC, Electrical, DG)
· Basic understanding of Fire & Safety regulations
· Ability to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance
· Vendor coordination and follow-up skills
· Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
· Good organizational and time-management skills
· Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
