1. Role Purpose
To carry out day-to-day maintenance activities across restaurants and HO, including
basic electrical work, equipment servicing, and timely resolution of breakdowns. The
role ensures uninterrupted restaurant operations and supports preventive
maintenance tasks.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Daily Maintenance Tasks
Attend maintenance calls from restaurants for issues related to electricals,
plumbing, equipment, AC, and fixtures.
Perform routine checks on kitchen equipment, lighting, fans, and appliances.
Carry out minor repairs on the spot; escalate major issues to Maintenance
Manager.
B. Electrical & Technical Support
Handle wiring, switches, sockets, MCB issues, and basic electrical
troubleshooting.
Support installation or shifting of small appliances and electrical points.
Coordinate with external technicians when needed.
C. Preventive Maintenance
Conduct scheduled maintenance visits to restaurants as guided by Maintenance
Manager.
Check functionality of equipment, identify wear and tear, and recommend repairs.
Monitor AC servicing schedules and coordinate with vendors.
D. Equipment & Asset Handling
Assist in fitting, repairing, or replacing restaurant equipment (microwave, fridge,
grinder, exhaust, etc.).
Ensure proper use of tools and maintain maintenance kits.
E. Coordination & Follow-Up
Update Maintenance Manager on issue status, delays, or material requirements.
Follow up with vendors for ongoing repair jobs.
Communicate clearly with restaurant managers while working on-site.
F. Documentation
Maintain basic logs of work done, parts used, and unresolved issues.
Submit daily or weekly updates as required.
