Taj Engineers is hiring Line Inspectors for its facility in Bhosari, Pune. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in manufacturing and quality inspection. The role involves monitoring components and production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained on the shop floor.

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts and components during and after production on the line

• Identify defects and non-conformities as per quality standards

• Report findings to supervisors and assist in root cause analysis

• Ensure adherence to inspection checklists and quality procedures

• Maintain records and logs of inspection results

• Coordinate with production teams to minimize rework and rejections

✅ Job Requirements:

• Freshers with ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade

• Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer) is a must

• Good knowledge in Engineering 2D drawing and Tolerances

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Good observation skills

• Physically fit and comfortable with on-floor inspection work
