ITI Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: "Technician"

1.      Installation and Commissioning:

a.      Execute the installation and commissioning of solar power plants and solar water heating systems according to engineering designs and specifications.

b.      Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during installation processes.

2.      Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

a.       Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities on solar power plants and solar water heating systems.

b.       Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

3.      Quality Assurance:

a.       Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship in all installation and maintenance activities.

b.       Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and customer requirements.

4.      Documentation and Reporting:

a.       Maintain accurate documentation of installation, maintenance, and service records.

b.       Prepare detailed reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during operations.

5.      Customer Service:

a.       Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.

b.       Establish positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

6.      Team Collaboration:

a.       Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

b.       Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.

7.      Continuous Learning and Development:

a.       Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in solar energy.

b.       Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

8.      Submission of Conveyance Sheet:

a.       Provide accurate conveyance sheets for reimbursement of actual expenses incurred during job-related travel on every fortnightly basis.

9.      Travel Requirement:

a.      Be prepared for frequent travel to various project sites for surveys, assessments, and design coordination.
