Job Description

ob Summary

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, machines, and equipment to ensure smooth production operations and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment
Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines and control panels
Maintain motors, drives, sensors, relays, contactors, PLC panels, and electrical wiring
Conduct routine inspection of machines and utilities
Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power supply, and electrical systems
Read and understand electrical drawings and circuit diagrams
Maintain maintenance records and service reports
Coordinate with production team during machine breakdowns
Follow electrical safety standards and PPE requirements
Support installation and commissioning of new machines/equipment
Monitor power consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities
Maintain spare parts inventory related to electrical maintenance
