Job Responsibilities
•
Responsible for Production Planning and Control (PPC) for the Electrical Department (CHB) to ensure timely execution of projects.
•
Manage and lead the electrical team, assigning work priorities and ensuring effective execution as per production schedules.
•
Prepare Power Supply Diagrams and Electrical Packing Lists for materials to be dispatched to site, including proper signage and identification.
•
Ensure accurate handover of electrical materials to the Dispatch Team at the time of shipment.
•
Coordinate with the Design Team for product understanding and with the Marketing Team for new requirements, addressing and resolving lighting-related issues.
•
Coordinate with the Sourcing/Procurement Department for timely procurement of electrical materials and components.
•
Coordinate with Assembly, Painting, and Panel Processing Departments to understand workflows and plan electrical processes accordingly.
•
Perform in-process quality control (QC) and ensure final products are quality-checked as per specifications, including LUX levels, lighting uniformity, and visual appearance, in compliance with ISO documentation.
•
Conduct analysis of work completed, monitor productivity, and evaluate production capacity and efficiency.
•
Ensure calibration of electrical and testing instruments as per ISO standards and documentation requirements.
