ITI Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Electrical Technician for smart meter installation work. The candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining smart energy meters at customer sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure single-phase and three-phase smart meters as per company guidelines.

• Perform electrical wiring, connections, and testing to ensure accurate meter functioning.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during or after installation.

• Coordinate with the supervisor and backend team for site updates and job completion reports.

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

• Maintain records of installations, materials used, and daily work progress.

• Handle customer queries courteously and represent the company professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in electrical or smart meter installation preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of electrical circuits and connections.

  • Familiarity with smart meter technology.

  • Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing equipment.

• Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and time management.

• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel and work on-site.
