Job Description – ITI / Diploma Candidates

Position: Technician / Operator / Junior Engineer (as applicable)
Qualification: ITI (any trade) / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, etc.)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced
Location: Houser , nelamangal ,dabaspet
Industry: [Manufacturing / EV / Solar / Construction / etc.]

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.

• Assist senior engineers and supervisors in daily technical operations.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

• Maintain records of production, maintenance, and quality checks.

• Participate in on-the-job training and continuous skill development.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet production targets.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical tools and equipment.

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).

• Physically fit and able to work in a factory/shop-floor environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skill and location)

• Benefits: ESI, PF, Food & Accommodation (if provided), Overtime as per company policy
