ITI Electrician

We are looking for an Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team Sai Controls The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute wiring plans, install fixtures & equipment, and ensure safety compliance.

• Install safety and distribution components like switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels, etc.

• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.

• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.

• Prevent breakdown of systems by daily inspection and replace old wiring and insulated cables.

• Identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.

Senior Electrical Engineer

4.   Design communication drawing, system architecture, system block diagram, IO schedule etc.

5.  Get appreciation from client for some of the project for good work.

6.   Electrical Control system design (Hardware Design).

7.   Design of Engineering in Auto Cad Software

8.   Studying documents, technical Details.

9.   Preparing technical specifications for clear understanding of project scope

10.   Learning customer specified standards and rules for the project.

11.   Selection of switchgears.

12.   Preparation of I/O list & system architecture diagram.

13.   Electrical load calculations, Transformer

14. sizing, Busbar Calculation.15.   Total heat dissipation calculations.

16.   Proficient level experience in Electrical system Autom

Multi Line Diagram, Electrical Schematics, VFD drives panels, PCC, MCC, PDB panel and APFC panel

17.  Very strong background for control panel design using in AutoCAD, extracting Part List/BOQ/BOM, Ferruling standards, Revision Control.

18.Perform electrical calculations (Ex: Short circuit, cable sizing,  switchgear selection, component selection and sizing,).

19. Attending meetings, writing reports and and preparing commissioning MOM.

20. Purchase material according to regarding project

21. Understanding of P&ID diagram.

22. Can handle project independently.

Basic knowledge of PLC programming software.

1.Programming of various controller (temperature, pressure, flow, PID)

2.programming of various make VFD.

3.Estimation/costing of panel.

4.Testing of control panel, documentation for client inspection.
