ITI Electrician – Injectables / OSD Pharma Manufacturing

We are hiring experienced ITI Electricians for leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Companies in the Injectable and OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) division through Radhe Consultants. The role involves electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of production and utility equipment in a regulated pharma environment.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 In-hand
Industry: Pharma Manufacturing – Injectables / OSD
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Qualification: ITI Electrician
Location: Pharma Manufacturing Plant

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and production equipment
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharma machines and utilities
Handle wiring, panel maintenance, cable routing, and electrical fittings
Monitor electrical systems to avoid production downtime
Maintain electrical safety standards as per GMP and company policies
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control panels
Inspect and repair motors, sensors, drives, PLC-related components, and control circuits
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, compressors, chillers, and utility equipment
Maintain maintenance logs and electrical inventory records
Coordinate with engineering and production teams for smooth operations

Preferred Machine & Utility Exposure:

Injectables: Filling Machines, Autoclaves, Vial Washing Machines, Tunnel, Lyophilizer
OSD: Compression, Coating, Granulation, Blister Packing, Capsule Filling Machines
Utilities: HVAC, Boiler, Chiller, Air Compressor, Water Systems

Job Requirements:

ITI Electrician certification is mandatory
3–6 years of experience in Pharma Manufacturing preferred
Experience in Injectable or OSD plant maintenance will be an advantage
Good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Understanding of GMP, EHS, and safety practices
Ability to read electrical drawings and panel circuits
Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Willingness to work in shifts
