Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
  
  

• Mandatory experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in:
  
  

  • Electrical cables
    
    

  • Electrical wires
    
    

  • Electrical / industrial manufacturing units
    
    

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of electrical operations in the manufacturing plant
  
  

• Complete ownership and responsibility of the Production Department from an electrical and operational perspective
  
  

• Planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical maintenance activities
  
  

• Ensuring uninterrupted power supply and optimal machine performance
  
  

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and machinery
  
  

• Compliance with electrical safety norms, statutory regulations, and audits
  
  

• Coordination with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Management teams
  
  

• Vendor management for electrical spares, services, and AMC
  
  

• Leading, guiding, and developing the electrical maintenance team
  
  

• Monitoring production efficiency, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

• Maintaining proper documentation, reports, and MIS
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (HT/LT)
  
  

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing plant electrical maintenance
  
  

• Knowledge of DG sets, transformers, APFC panels, PLC basics, VFDs
  
  

• Strong leadership, team-handling, and coordination skills
  
  

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
