Full Time
1. IT Support: Manage IT support requests and resolve day-to-day technical issues to ensure smooth business operations.
2. IT Asset Management: Maintain, monitor, and regularly update IT inventory and asset records.
3. Building Management System (BMS): Manage and coordinate BMS activities and address related operational requirements.
4. Preventive Maintenance of IT Equipment: Perform preventive cleaning and maintenance of all CPUs every two months using an air blower to remove dust and ensure optimal system performance.
5. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for IT services, building maintenance, and technical support.
6. Vendor Follow-up and Issue Resolution: Follow up with vendors regarding service requests, preventive maintenance, equipment breakdowns, and issue resolution.
7. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate documentation and records of IT assets, service requests, and maintenance activities.
8. Task Management: Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and follow up on pending issues until they are resolved and closed.
9. Event Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for events and functions held at Pravah Event Hall.
10. Safety and Equipment Inspections: Conduct weekly inspections of fire safety systems, the diesel generator (DG), and the voltage stabilizer every Saturday.
