Job Title: Service Technician Mumbai

Department: Service Executive

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical/electronic equipment.

• Repair and service dryers, clippers, tables, controllers, and related equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with the service team.

• Ensure proper documentation of service reports and feedback from customers.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and service stock in good condition.

• Provide customer support with clear communication and problem-solving attitude.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: ITI in Electrical (mandatory).

• Experience: Candidates with electrical shop/fieldwork experience preferred. Freshers with ITI Electrical can also apply.

• Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers. Must be able to read and understand English. Hands-on knowledge of repairing electrical equipment like dryers, clippers, tables, and controllers.

• Other: Willingness to travel for fieldwork within the region. Problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
