Solar Technician

Position Title: Solar Technician

Location: Nashik, Chandwad, Baglan Area

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 in hand per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems. The Solar Technician will work closely with our engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful installation and operation of solar power systems. Key Responsibilities:  Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems and related equipment.

 Conduct site assessments and determine optimal placement for solar panels.



Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in solar power systems.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during the installation and maintenance processes.

 Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely project completion

.  Provide technical support to clients and answer questions regarding solar systems.

 Keep accurate records of maintenance and installation activities

. Qualifications:

 ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or a related field.

 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in solar energy systems or power plants.

 Knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and solar technology.

 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Willingness to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.

 Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Skills:

 Technical aptitude and attention to detail.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Familiarity with solar installation tools and equipment.
