Job Description

Electrical Technician

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team at INA TechFM Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for a leading hotel property. The role involves carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations, and maintaining safety standards. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹28,000, free meals, and excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, lighting systems, motors, pumps, and other electrical installations.
Execute wiring plans and ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Install safety and distribution components such as switches, circuit breakers, DBs, and other electrical accessories.
Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks, ensuring compatibility of all components.
Inspect electrical systems regularly to prevent breakdowns and replace faulty wiring or damaged components.
Identify electrical faults, hazards, or malfunctions and carry out timely repairs.
Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with the engineering team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical with a valid B License or C License.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the hotel, commercial, or facility management industry.
Good knowledge of electrical safety procedures, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work in shifts, if required.
