We are seeking a hands-on and dependable ITI Electrician to join our service team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee vending machines at client sites, including retail stores, distributor points, and company offices. You will serve as the technical backbone ensuring our vending machines are running smoothly and efficiently.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain coffee vending machines at client locations (retailers, distributors, offices).

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to coffee machines.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.

• Respond promptly to service calls and maintain daily service logs.

• Coordinate with the service coordinator for scheduling and inventory.

• Educate clients on proper usage and basic machine upkeep.

• Replace worn-out parts, electrical components, and sensors as needed.

• Maintain a professional attitude and customer-first approach at all service locations.

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting after each service visit.

✅ Requirements:

• ITI certification in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation.

• Good understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and minor plumbing.

• Basic knowledge of sensors, heating elements, solenoids, and control panels.

• Ability to travel to multiple sites as per service requirements.

• Good communication skills and client-facing attitude.
