Electrical property maintenance involves the inspection, operation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment within the property to ensure safe and uninterrupted power supply. It includes maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, lighting systems, power distribution systems, breakers, capacitors, earthing systems, and electrical wiring.

The scope also covers routine electrical inspections, load monitoring, fault identification and rectification, preventive maintenance activities, energy management, attending electrical breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations. The objective is to maintain reliable electrical operations, minimize downtime, and ensure safety of occupants and equipment.
