Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ITI Technician to support the assembly, testing, installation, maintenance, and servicing of laboratory and life science equipment. The candidate will assist the production and service teams while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned tasks. Typical responsibilities include equipment assembly, testing, preventive maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble laboratory and scientific instruments as per engineering drawings and SOPs.
Perform electrical wiring, mechanical fitting, and equipment installation.
Conduct testing, calibration, and quality inspection before dispatch.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in equipment.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and laboratory instruments.
Assist in machine commissioning and installation at customer sites, if required.
Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and daily work logs.
Follow GMP, 5S, safety guidelines, and company quality standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Engineering departments.
Keep tools and workstations clean and organized.
Support continuous improvement and process optimization activities.

Qualification

ITI in Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, Instrument Mechanic, Wireman, or relevant trade.
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or service are welcome to apply.
