Job Summary:The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance activities across all outlets in Ahmedabad. The role ensures smooth operations, reduced breakdowns, and a safe, hygienic environment for customers and staff.---Key Responsibilities:Attend to all maintenance tasks with minimal disturbance to customers.Conduct routine inspections of outlets to identify and resolve maintenance issues.Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work.Execute daily cleaning, upkeep, and preventive maintenance activities.Follow all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.Maintain professional and courteous behavior with both internal & external customers.Ensure timely attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts.Support team members and maintain a collaborative working environment.Improve equipment uptime and reduce machine downtime.Track maintenance budgets and control expenses.Forecast required spare parts and coordinate timely procurement.Ensure 100% compliance with Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.---Skills & Competencies:Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical repair.Problem-solving ability and proactive approach.Good communication & coordination skills.Ability to handle multiple outlets and travel as needed.Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.share your resume on 9998869573
