BatteryPool is an EV battery swapping and charging infrastructure company focused on providing reliable battery-swapping solutions for electric vehicles. We are looking for a skilled and motivated ITI Electrician to join our operations team and ensure the smooth functioning of our battery swapping and charging stations.

Job Summary

The ITI Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment at BatteryPool's EV charging and battery swapping stations. The candidate should be comfortable working in the field and traveling to different locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of EV charging and battery swapping stations.

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.

Ensure proper functioning of electrical panels, wiring, MCBs, contactors, relays, and other electrical components.

Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.

Follow all electrical safety standards and company SOPs.

Coordinate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and attend service calls at various locations.

Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Report technical issues and suggest improvements for system reliability.

Required Qualifications

ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade (Mandatory).

0–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply).

Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, motors, and control panels.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.

Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure or battery swapping stations.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria

ITI Electrician (Mandatory)

Age: 18–30 years

Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Own two-wheeler is an added advantage.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
