BatteryPool is building the infrastructure for electric mobility through EV charging and battery-swapping solutions. We operate charging/swapping stations and provide technology-enabled battery and mobility services.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day technical operations at EV charging and battery-swapping stations.

• Perform basic electrical/electronic troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of charging/swapping equipment.

• Identify and resolve basic technical issues at stations.

• Monitor battery condition, charging status, and equipment performance.

• Maintain proper records of batteries, equipment, and technical activities.

• Support field-level technical requirements and station operations.

• Follow safety procedures while handling electrical equipment and batteries.

• Coordinate with the operations team for technical issues and maintenance requirements.

• Handle physical movement/lifting of batteries when required.

Requirements

• ITI qualification in Electrician / Electronics / Electrical.

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in electrical, electronics, EV, battery, charging, or similar technical work.

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, electrical components, and troubleshooting.

• Comfortable working at field locations and EV charging/battery-swapping stations.

• Good physical fitness and ability to handle/lift batteries.

• Willingness to travel locally as required.

• Basic communication skills and a learning attitude.

Preferred

• Experience in EV charging stations, battery swapping, batteries, or electrical maintenance will be an advantage.

• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
