Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ITI Electrician to join our Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical systems at EV charging stations and battery swapping stations. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to different sites, work in the field, and ensure smooth operation of electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and control panels.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of EV charging stations and battery swapping stations.
Diagnose electrical faults and resolve issues efficiently.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Perform electrical testing using multimeters and other testing equipment.
Ensure proper earthing, cable routing, and electrical safety standards are followed.
Coordinate with the Operations team for site installations and maintenance activities.
Maintain service reports and update work completion records.
Follow all company safety procedures and electrical compliance guidelines.
Travel to assigned locations for installation, maintenance, and emergency breakdown support.

Requirements

ITI certification in Electrician trade.
0–3 years of experience in electrical installation or maintenance.
Basic understanding of electrical panels, wiring, breakers, MCBs, and electrical safety practices.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical faults.
Willingness to work in the field and travel to different locations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in EV charging infrastructure, solar systems, or industrial electrical maintenance will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
