ITI Electrician

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ITI Electrician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, and testing support of medium-to-high voltage protection and automation control panels, switchgear components, and numerical relay enclosures.

Key Responsibilities

• Panel & Cabinet Wiring: Read and interpret electrical schematics, control circuit diagrams, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings to perform panel wiring and point-to-point harness assembly.

• Component Assembly: Mount and integrate electrical components, including protection relays, current/potential transformers (CTs/PTs), terminal blocks, circuit breakers, busbars, and control switches.

• Wiring & Crimping: Execute precise wire dressing, lugging, ferruling, and crimping as per international quality and safety standards.

• Testing Preparation & Support: Assist testing engineers with continuity checks, insulation resistance (Megger) tests, high-voltage withstand tests, and point-to-point wiring verification.

• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ISO quality standards, 5S workplace management, and electrical safety guidelines (including personal protective equipment usage).

• Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify wiring errors, loose connections, or short circuits prior to final quality inspections.
