Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of massage chairs. The candidate should have knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and be able to provide excellent technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Install and set up massage chairs at customer locations.
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of massage chairs.
Provide technical support to customers and explain product usage.
Handle warranty and after-sales service requests.
Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service.
