Job Title: Project Coordinator – Field Execution

We are looking for hands-on, technically sound, and highly motivated Project Coordinators to join our Residential Rooftop Solar team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing solar projects at customer locations, ensuring timely, high-quality installations and smooth coordination between internal teams and government authorities. This is a field execution role based out of specific cities.

Site Surveys & Planning:
Conduct site surveys and shadow analysis to evaluate feasibility.
Create site installation presentations and prepare project BoMs (Bill of Materials).
Installation & Supervision:
Supervise on-site installations to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Handle meter installation, inverter commissioning, and system testing.
Quality Assurance:
Perform on-site quality audits and resolve execution issues.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
Government Approvals & Documentation:
Facilitate movement of documentation for government-related solar approvals.
Coordinate with DISCOMs and other local authorities as needed.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with design, logistics, and customer experience teams for timely project execution.
Maintain clear documentation and site updates.
Education:
10th with Distinction or 12th – PCM/PCMB with A grade++.
ITI – Electrician/Turner/Fitter/Welder from Govt institute with Distinction, OR
Diploma – Electrical / ENTC / Instrumentation / Mechanical from Govt/autonomous institute with A grade++.
Experience:
Freshers from the Suryamitra Program welcome.
1+ year of experience in solar installation/execution preferred.
Technical:
Basic knowledge of rooftop solar installation, inverter commissioning, and shadow analysis.
Understanding of electrical safety and hazards.
Other Requirements:
Daily travel within the base city; inter-city travel as needed.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
