About the Role :

We are seeking skilled and motivated Field Service Engineers to join our service team in

Bangalore and Chennai. This role involves supporting customers with the installation,

servicing, and maintenance of advanced electronics manufacturing equipment, particularly in

the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) domain.

Key Responsibilities :

 Installation, servicing, and maintenance of SMT manufacturing equipment at client sites.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field, ensuring minimal downtime.

 Provide training and support to customers on equipment usage and best practices.

 Document service activities and report on equipment performance.

 Coordinate with the internal technical and sales teams for customer feedback and

improvement.

Qualification :

 Diploma or Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electronics & Communication

Engineering (ECE).

 3 to 5 years of relevant field service or SMT manufacturing experience.

 Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

 Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.

 Good communication and customer-handling skills.
