Job Description

Maintenance Management

  • Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Ensure smooth operation of all building services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, STP/WTP, lifts, and fire protection systems.

  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, and infrastructure.

  • Track maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Facility Operations

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure service quality across the residential community.

  • Oversee housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, and pest control services.

  • Ensure common areas, clubhouses, swimming pools, and recreational facilities are maintained in excellent condition.

Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers.

  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

  • Review quotations, negotiate contracts, and verify invoices for payment processing.
