Job Description

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, switches, sockets, and equipment.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, breakdowns, and short circuits.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.

  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

  • Inspect electrical equipment and identify potential safety hazards.

  • Carry out testing of electrical circuits, cables, motors, MCBs, DBs, and other components.

  • Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and spare parts.

  • Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.

  • Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety across the facility.

  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.

  • Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable electrical regulations.

  • Coordinate with other maintenance teams and contractors when required.
