Electrician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, follow safety standards, and be able to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

• Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

• Install electrical panels, switches, sockets, lighting systems, and circuit breakers.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company standards.

• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment.

• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Electrician or a related trade.

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (or as required).

• Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

• Familiarity with electrical testing instruments.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts when required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of industrial, commercial, or residential electrical systems.

• Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.

• Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.
