Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Rooftop Solar

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our rooftop solar division. The candidate will be responsible for site surveys, execution, and supervision of rooftop solar power projects across residential, commercial, and industrial locations.

The role involves visiting project sites to conduct technical surveys, assess electrical infrastructure, and support system design and feasibility. The engineer will manage and supervise rooftop solar installations, lead installation teams, and ensure projects are completed as per technical standards, safety norms, and timelines.

The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and completing all MSEDCL-related work, including documentation, approvals, inspections, and commissioning support. Strong coordination with vendors, technicians, and internal teams is essential to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems, electrical drawings, and safety practices

Requirements:

Willingness to travel within and around the city
Ability to manage site teams and handle multiple projects
Good communication and coordination skills
