Electrical Control Panel Technician

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Control Panel Technician to join our engineering team. The role involves manufacturing, wiring, testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial electrical control panels, laboratory furnaces, high-temperature systems, high-pressure reactors and other industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities
Assemble, wire and test industrial electrical control panels.
Install and wire MCBs, Contactors, Relays, SSRs, Power Supplies, PID Temperature Controllers and other electrical components.
Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and panel layouts.
Perform electrical testing, fault finding and troubleshooting using a digital multimeter and other electrical testing instruments.
Identify defective electrical and electronic components and replace them when required.
Carry out installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and after-sales service of industrial equipment.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
Must be willing to travel Pan India for installation, commissioning, maintenance and service-related assignments whenever required.
Job Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.
1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Digital Multimeter and electrical testing instruments.
Strong experience in industrial control panel wiring and electrical systems.
Ability to diagnose electrical and electronic faults independently.
Good understanding of electrical drawings, schematics and control panel circuits.
Experience in testing relays, SSRs, contactors, transformers, power supplies, switches, sensors and wiring faults.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence will be an added advantage.
Experience in industrial furnaces, laboratory equipment, thermal systems, process equipment or high-pressure systems will be preferred.
