Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with safety regulations.
Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switches.
Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using testing devices.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant codes and standards.
Maintain records of maintenance work and materials used.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members for project work.
Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly and effectively.
Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 2–5 years (depending on role level) of relevant work experience.
Certifications: Valid Electrical License (if required by local regulations).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and codes.
Ability to use electrical testing and repair tools (multimeters, etc.).
Familiarity with PLC systems (for industrial roles).
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.
May be required to work in shifts or during weekends for maintenance or emergency repairs.
Work may involve heights, confined spaces, or outdoor conditions.
Experience in industrial automation or building electrical systems.
Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable electrical solutions.
