• Troubleshoot tea/coffee vending machines

• Handle service & maintenance calls efficiently

• Perform preventive maintenance & cleaning

• Maintain service reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

• Manage spare parts, stock & usage tracking

• Train operators on machine usage & safety

• Assist in installation & product demonstrations

• Ensure quick & professional customer support
