Urgent Hiring for Site Supervisor (Service Engineer)

Department: Operations

- Location: Dahej @ Reliance Site

- Reporting To: Operations Manager / Service Head

Qualification:

- Minimum ITI – Electrical (Diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred)

- Local candidate required with fluency in Gujarati language

Experience:

- Fresher to 2 year of relevant experience

- Experience with tea/coffee vending machines preferred

Other Requirements:

- Must have a bike with valid driving license

- Should have strong local area knowledge and network

- Ability to hire and train local machine operators

Compensation:

- CTC: ₹20k to 30k per month

- Travel Allowance (TA): ₹4,000/- per month

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Machine Servicing & Troubleshooting

- Attend breakdown/service calls from customers

- Diagnose faults, perform repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.

- Ensure machine is always in working condition and ready for dispensing

- Monitor daily machine cleaning logs submitted by operators

2. Operator Training & Management

Train operators on:

- Machine handling and cleaning

- Beverage preparation process

- Appearance, hygiene, safety, communication, and body language

- Hire and manage local operators as needed

- Supervise operator performance and grooming standards

3. Customer Coordination & Relationship Management

- Coordinate with customer admin teams, CREs, and service engineers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Be readily available for addressing customer concerns or escalations

4. Inventory & Documentation

- Track and manage spare parts, stock, and material consumption

- Maintain proper documentation for spares, daily reports, and service logs

- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as per company and customer requirements

5. Demo & Installation Support

- Assist in machine installations and conduct product demonstrations

- Ensure smooth handover and training during new deployments
