Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise rooftop solar project execution from start to commissioning.
Coordinate with site engineers, electricians, vendors, and clients.
Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Monitor installation quality and electrical safety standards.
Handle project documentation, BOQ, material planning, and reporting.
Coordinate with DISCOM, government departments, and internal teams when required.
Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with electrical and solar industry standards.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
6 months to 1 year of experience in solar, electrical, or EPC projects.
Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, electrical drawings, and project coordination.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
Good communication and team management skills.
Male candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
