Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of machines and plant equipment.

• Attend mechanical/electrical breakdowns and restore equipment quickly to minimize downtime.

• Identify recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.

Machine & Equipment Management

• Maintain records of machine history, maintenance schedules, and service reports.

• Coordinate with OEM/service providers for major repairs and AMCs.

• Ensure availability of critical spares and maintain inventory.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out as per safety standards.

• Support ISO/5S audits by maintaining equipment documentation and compliance.

• Implement safety improvements on machines and recommend modifications.

Process Improvement

• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance machine performance and reduce breakdown frequency.

• Participate in Kaizen, Lean, and cost-saving initiatives.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with production, quality, and store teams for smooth operations.

• Guide technicians and ensure proper skill development within the maintenance team.
