Key Responsibilities
Repair, install, replace and service home .
Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot equipment efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and identify the cause of problems.
Repair or replace faulty components and assemble necessary parts.
Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing.
Provide cost estimates and discuss required parts or repairs before starting work.
Maintain proper service records and job reports.
Follow all health, safety and service quality guidelines.
Stay updated with new technologies and repair techniques.
Job Requirements
Experience: 1–6+ years in home appliance repair and servicing
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with customers clearly and professionally.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
Knowledge of tools and basic systems.
Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
