We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Electrician – Building Maintenance to join our team at SCAN4HEALTH. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute wiring plans, install lighting, fixtures, and electrical equipment in compliance with building codes.

• Install and maintain safety and distribution components such as switches, circuit breakers, and fuse boxes.

• Connect and test wiring in electrical circuits and networks, ensuring compatibility and reliability.

• Prepare and assemble conduits and route wiring through walls and floors.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns.

• Replace outdated or damaged wiring, insulated cables, and other electrical components.

• Identify electrical hazards, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs.

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.

• Experience Range: 1–3 years in building maintenance or similar electrical work.

• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and electrical standards.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

• Sound problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.
