About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Wiring Specialist to handle in-house panel building, control wiring, and field integration for factory automation and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). The role also involves visiting client sites for machine wiring, commissioning support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Panel Assembly & Wiring: Read and interpret electrical schematics/drawings to build, wire, and assemble control panels, power panels, and SPM control systems.
Automation Components: Hand-on experience in wiring PLC, VFD, HMI, Relays, Contactors, and DOL start/stop starters.
Sensor & Field Integration: Integrate sensors (inductive, capacitive, optical, encoders) and field devices into the control system.
Field & Site Wiring: Visit customer sites as needed to perform field wiring, cable laying, machine interconnections, and support final testing.
Quality & Testing: Perform point-to-point continuity checks, insulation testing, and preliminary power-on testing before dispatch.
Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify electrical panel and site wiring issues efficiently.

Requirements & Skills

Education: ITI in Electrical / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 3+ years in industrial control panel building and machine field wiring.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial electrical components, SLDs, standard wiring practices, wire ferrule numbering, and color-coding.
Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites for machine field wiring and commissioning support.
Attitude: Strong problem-solving skills, precision, and adherence to safety standards.
