Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our Facility Management team. The role involves performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across residential, commercial, or industrial facilities to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, lighting systems, panels, and equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain UPS, DG (diesel generator), LT/HT systems (as applicable), and electrical panels.

• Ensure all electrical tasks comply with safety standards and statutory requirements.

• Support facility operations by attending breakdown calls and performing preventive maintenance.

• Maintain logs, checklists, and service reports for all electrical activities.

• Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, and other technicians for smooth facility operations.

• Assist in energy-saving initiatives and monitor power consumption.

• Respond promptly to emergency situations during breakdowns or power failures.

Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• 1–3 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.

• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and safety protocols.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot effectively.

• Experience with HT/LT systems (preferred).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
