Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Installation:
Install electrical / electronic products (like Flosenso - smart water level controller, smart meters, IoT modules etc) at customer sites. Ensure installations meet company's specifications and safety standards.
2. Site Inspection & Assessment:
Conduct pre-installation site checks to determine feasibility, requirements, and any customization.
3. Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose and resolve issues during or after installation. Conduct minor repairs or adjustments if needed.
4. Customer Interaction:
Communicate installation steps and usage instructions clearly to customers. Address customer queries politely and professionally.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain installation records, service logs, and collect customer feedback post installation. Report issues or escalations to the supervisor or service team.
6. Tools & Equipment Handling:
Use appropriate tools safely and responsibly. Maintain and store tools/equipment in good condition.
7. Compliance:
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and local regulations. Ensure proper disposal of packaging and debris post-installation.
Skills & Qualifications (Good to have):
1. ITI certification in Electrical/Plumbing or equivalent.
2. 1–3 years of experience in installations or field service preferred.
3. Ability to read technical diagrams or manuals.
4. Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing systems, and safety protocols
5. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
6. Willingness to travel to customer locations.
