Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Panel Wiring & Switchgear)

Company: Pholus Globos Pvt Ltd

Location: Devanahalli

Job Summary:

We are looking for a B.E/B.Tech Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in panel wiring, switchgear, and electrical maintenance. The role involves working on HT/LT panels, project support, and on-site electrical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical panel wiring and assembly (PCC, MCC, control panels, distribution boards)

2. Installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems

3. Servicing and troubleshooting of ACB, VCB, and ELCB breakers

4. Handling HT/LT relay protection panels

5. Working on APFC & AMF panels

6. Cable routing, termination, and junction box connections

7. Performing megger testing, earth testing, and using multimeter

8. Conducting thermography testing for fault detection

9. Working on star/delta starters and motor control systems

10. Supporting switchyard operations (11KV/33KV/132KV if applicable)

11. Handling DG, RO, and air compressor operations (if required)

12. Basic exposure to automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD drives, MEP)

➕ Project & Coordination Responsibilities:

i. Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

ii. Monitoring and tracking electrical project progress

iii. Assisting in project execution and site coordination

iv. Supporting installation and fixing activities at site

v. Providing technical assistance for electrical works

Requirements:

a) B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE

b) 0–2 years of experience (freshers with hands-on exposure can apply)

c) Strong knowledge of panel wiring and electrical components

d) Basic understanding of HT/LT systems and switchgear

e) Ability to read electrical drawings and BOQ

f) Willingness to work on-site in Devanahalli

Salary & Benefits:

a. Salary: ₹26,000/month + (travel allowance)

b. PF / ESI (as applicable)

8–9 hours/day (rotational shift)
