Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
Perform wiring and assembly of LT/HT panels, control panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, and distribution boards.
Mount electrical components such as breakers, relays, contactors, bus bars, meters, and switches inside the panels.
Cable routing, crimping, gland fitting, ferruling, and termination of wires as per standard practices.
Conduct panel testing (continuity, insulation resistance, functionality) before dispatch.
Troubleshoot electrical issues in assembled panels.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area and tools.
Coordinate with the design and QC teams for corrections or improvements.
Requirements:
Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in electrical panel wiring and assembly.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of electrical standards (e.g., IEC, IS).
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Understanding of various electrical components and their functions.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a certified panel manufacturing company.
Ability to work on multiple types of panels (HT, LT, PLC-based, etc.).
Basic knowledge of electrical safety, testing equipment, and documentation.
