Key Responsibilities

Installation: Installing electrical wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical apparatus, such as lighting, intercom, and alarm systems.Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine inspections and repairing faulty components in generators, controllers, motors, and wiring systems.Troubleshooting: Using testing devices like multimeters and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues and identify hazards.Blueprint Reading: Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan, modify, or install systems.Safety Compliance: Ensuring all installations and repairs adhere to local, state, and national electrical codes to prevent fire or injury.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program and/or a technical diploma.Certification/Licensing: Valid state or local license/certification (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician).Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and tools.
