Job Description:

New Horizon Group of Schools is seeking a skilled and licensed Electrician with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems and equipment in the school premises across our Thane and Airoli branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs of electrical systems and wiring

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and fix them efficiently

• Install lighting, fans, switches, sockets, and other school electrical fittings

• Monitor and maintain power backup systems (generators, UPS, inverters)

• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety and regulatory standards

• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and repairs

• Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly

• Coordinate with external vendors when necessary

• Travel between Thane and Airoli campuses as required

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrician

• Must hold a valid Electrician License (Mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols

• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics

• Physically fit and able to work in different school areas

• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
