Eligibility Criteria

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Solar PV installations
- Battery and UPS systems
- Electrical wiring and maintenance
- Inverter installation and troubleshooting
Good understanding of off-grid solar systems and energy storage solutions
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
Must own a personal bike for site visits and field work
