Job Title: Electrician

Location: Sari Plant

Employment Type: Full Time

Role Summary

The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the FMCG manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring minimal downtime, supporting preventive maintenance schedules, and complying with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance on machinery, conveyors, packaging lines, and utilities.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in PLCs, motors, sensors, and control panels.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain documentation of electrical maintenance activities and equipment logs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
Support energy efficiency initiatives and monitor power consumption.
Collaborate with mechanical and automation teams during breakdowns and upgrades.
Handled boiler/DG repair work.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, control panels, and industrial wiring.

Knowledge of safety protocols and electrical standards (e.g., IEC, IS).

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls.
