Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering and rework on PCB assemblies.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

• Inspect solder joints for quality and compliance with standards.

• Handle SMD and through-hole component soldering.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Coordinate with quality and production teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in soldering (manual and/or wave soldering).

• Good understanding of ESD precautions and safety standards.

• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics or relevant field preferred.
