Job Description

We are looking for an ITI / Diploma / Electrical Engineer with expertise in handling electrical equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The candidate should be capable of supervising electrical operations and managing industrial electrical systems. Prior experience in a plant environment will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
Supervise electrical operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery and industrial setups.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical manuals.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
Work with control panels, switchgear, wiring, and industrial automation systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company protocols.
Maintain records of maintenance work and generate reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Must be familiar with all types of electrical equipment used in industrial setups.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and power distribution systems.
Hands-on experience with control panels, motors, and switchgear is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an industrial plant is an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
Experience in power distribution, transformers, and industrial motor systems.
Understanding of energy efficiency and electrical safety practices.
