Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance & Repairs

   • Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

   • Diagnose faults and carry out timely corrective actions.

   • Attend to daily complaints and breakdowns as per the maintenance schedule or service request.

2. Electrical Work

   • Check and repair lighting, DBs, MCBs, and electrical panels.

   • Monitor power supply, voltage levels, and ensure UPS/DG operations as required.

   • Replace damaged wiring, switches, and fixtures safely and as per standards.

3. Plumbing & Civil Work

   • Inspect and repair leaks, water lines, and sanitary fixtures.

   • Maintain water pumps, overhead tanks, and drainage systems.

   • Handle minor masonry, carpentry, or painting work as required.

4. HVAC Systems

   • Support in the maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, split ACs, and VRV/VRF systems.

   • Clean filters, check refrigerant levels, and ensure optimal cooling performance.

5. Safety & Compliance

   • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and statutory standards.

   • Use appropriate PPE while working and follow company safety guidelines.

   • Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
